Warranty and Return Policy

Wood is a product of Nature and may vary in color texture and grain.

Color variation would be noticed due to age, light and sunlight exposure.

It is the nature of wood to expand and contract to varying degrees depending on climate conditions. As a result, cabinet lines with painted surfaces may show fractures in the paint at joints. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

The cabinets have one year warranty from the date of original purchase under normal residential use and does not cover modified items, damage caused by installation, improper handling and/or storage, humidity, fire, flooding, excessive heat or cold product of inconsistent atmospheric conditions inside the house, act of God, act of war or use.

Environmental factors, including but not limited to artificial / natural light, moisture, cleaners, smoke, etc. may cause the darkening or mellowing of a cabinet over time. This is a natural process and can be expected. This warranty does not cover the natural aging or darkening / mellowing of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in wood.

This warranty is not transferable and only applicable to product used for residential purposes.

To submit a claim, original proof of purchase must be provided including a report in writing.

No returns will be accepted without original Invoice.

We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned or cancelled item (no open box).

We will charge a 30% restocking fee for any open box and/or cancelled order.

Assembled cabinets will not be accepted.

Budget Cabinets of Orlando reserves the right to repair or replace any item with a functionally equivalent product covered by this warranty. Some replacement parts are subject to availability and may differ from original parts received. Return of defective product may be required for a replacement to be issued. Repair parts or replacement parts are at the expense of Budget Cabinets of Orlando, but customer shall bear all other expenses. These expenses may include, but are not limited to, cost of removal and re-installation of product, labor expenses, etc.

We will consider requests for minor changes or cancellations to an order in writing up to 24 hours after receipt of your signed sales acknowledgment. If you order has already been sent to warehouse for shipment or assembly, no changes will be allowed.

Missing items and/or any visible shipping damages must be noted on the shipping receipt and signed by both the driver and recipient. It is than the customer’s responsibility to notify Budget Cabinets of Orlando of any issues within 24 hours of accepting delivery. Any orders accepted and signed for by the customer without a such note, will be considered complete. All other shipping damages must be claimed by the customer within 5 days. All items that have been installed and/or are not in their original packing cannot be claimed as damages.
